Conveniently situated on the main road between Windhoek and the airport (about halfway between), Finkenstein is an old-style guest farm run by Annegret and Helmut Finke, though all but the most ardent dog lovers are likely to find the 'welcome' a bit overwhelming. The five guest rooms have en-suite facilities and traditional furnishings, but a greater attraction are home-cooked three-course meals with wine.
